NMCB 11’s Det. SOCAF is tasked with constructing an 83’x37’ CMU building with a stucco finish.

Thanks to the outstanding support provided by Agustin Garcia with Naval Station Rota Public Works, the Seabees gained valuable knowledge and hands on experience to better prepare them for their upcoming deployment to Africa.

CN Eddie Ortiz played a vital role in translating Mr. Garcia’s instruction, which bridged the communication gap between host nation Spain and the U.S.  military.
