Det. SOCAF Experiences Spanish Culture

ROTA, Spain (Aug. 18, 2013) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, Det Special Operations Command Africa (SOCAF) enjoy one of the few opportunities available to experience the traditions and culture of El Puerto De Santa Maria, Spain.  During Sunday liberty hours, the Seabees experienced the fine art of bullfighting at Plaza De Toros, the third largest bull ring in Spain.  NMCB 11 Det SOCAF is preparing to deploy from Spain to some of the most arduous locations to conduct general engineering support and construct operations.
